Adam brings more than 50 years of passion , knowledge, and experience to his clients so they can make informed decisions about their boating lifestyle. During that time, Adam has owned, operated, and  maintained boats in both freshwater and  saltwater environments, from skiffs to offshore boats.

His goal is to share the same passion of boating and fishing with his clients and make the selection process smooth and informed, picking the right boat the first time around.   

Joel has been a boat and fishing enthusiast for more than 30 years in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Joel also has a deep understanding of mechanical systems, marine power, boat maintenance, and fishing equipment making him an excellent resource and a welcome addition to the NBA team.  

Gerard has been a lifelong boater and competitive barefoot skier, competing in both National  and State of Wisconsin tournaments. Gerard has appeared in several water ski shows over the years including the Browns Lake Aquaducks and the Tommy Barlett Ski Show. As an avid water skier, Gerard is experienced with competition and performance ski boats.     

Considered the greatest 1st mate ever. Wrigley loves boating, sunbathing, chasing birds, and has perfected the art of napping.
